3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 must have parental consent.
  • You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
  • A 14-day free trial is available on all plans. No credit card is required to start the trial.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. After that period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Publish content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Distribute spam, malware, or any other harmful software.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without permission.
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and deliver Your Content as necessary to operate the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate website content based on your inputs. AI-generated content is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before publishing. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, trademarks, and all other content created by GetWebsiteBuilt, is our intellectual property and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETWEBSITEBUILT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Content from terminated accounts may be deleted after 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
